My father was killed when I was an infant. As a youth, I was full of frustration and misunderstanding. I turned to a life of addiction through drugs and alcohol to give me comfort and help me change the way I felt. Through the pain in my life, I was given an opportunity to change. I have been clean and sober since 1993 through my spiritual relationship. I have been in the concrete business for over 15 years and am a motorcycle enthusiast. I began creating on canvas in January 2001 to express my love to a young lady. My paintings have grown and extended to share my recovery and love for Christ, life and others.
